This spiritual and cultural journey through Cairo and Saint Catherine combines Egypt’s ancient wonders with its rich Christian heritage. Itinerary
Day 1
Cairo
- Arrival at Cairo International Airport, meeting and assistance by our qualified representative. - Transfer by deluxe coach to your hotel for check-in. - Evening free at leisure. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 2
Cairo
- Breakfast at hotel. - Proceed to a full day visit of the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum including lunch at local restaurant. - Return to hotel after the tour. - Evening free at leisure or Optional Tour to the Sound & Light show at the Pyramids of Giza. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 3
Cairo
- Breakfast at hotel. - Procced to a full day visit of the hanging Church, Coptic Museum, St. George Church, Cavern Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue including lunch at local restaurant. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 4
Cairo
- Breakfast at hotel. - Visits of the Cave Church including St. Simon Monastery and the Coptic Theatre. - Lunch at local restaurant followed by a walk in Khan El Khalili bazaars and a visit of Virgin Mary Church. - In the evening, Optional Tour to enjoy dinner on board of a floating restaurant for two hours sailing on the Nile including folkloric show. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 5
Cairo / Wadi El Natroun / Cairo
- Breakfast at hotel. - Depart to Wadi El Natroun by our coach (100 Km. approx. 1.5 hours). - Visits of St. Macarius and St. Bishoy monasteries. Lunch box will be arranged and a stop on the way back for a short refreshment. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 6
Cairo / St. Catherine
- Breakfast at hotel and check-out. - Depart to Saint Catherine by deluxe coach (420 Km. – approx. 10 hours due to road restrictions and procedures). On the way, visit of Moses springs. - Lunch box will be arranged during the day trip. - Arrival St. Catherine, check-in at hotel. - Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 7
St. Catherine / Cairo
- Early morning optional ascent of Moses Mountain. - Visit of St. Catherine Monastery including Moses Will, Burning Bush, Church of transfiguration and golden calf and Haroun Mausoleum. - Return back to Cairo including lunch box. - Arrival Cairo, check-in at hotel. - Overnight at hotel.
Day 8
Cairo / Final Departure
- Breakfast at hotel. - Check-out and transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
